We invite you to a panel discussion Artificial Intelligence in Military IoT Applications that will take place at the Academy of Sciences (Národní 3, Prague 1) on October 11 (9:30-12:00). Among the interesting speakers from academia will also be Miroslav Bureš, our researcher and head of the Software Testing InteLligent Lab (STILL) research group.
>> Registration required! See the event's page for more information.
The IoT application provide vast amount of diverse information, potentially resulting in a new and valuable situational awareness perspective in military operations, however the links between different information as well as ability to aggregate data provide in different formats and by different sources is challenging for human analysts, using traditional data analytics and visualisation tools. Although large amount of open data is available from various smart environments, NATO does not leverage sufficiently this data for developing its common operational picture and increased situational awareness. Therefore the challenge is to propose use of open source or open access AI techniques for analysis of IoT information received from the open data sources in smart cities and other smart environments.
